It has been brought to our attention that there is some confusion among our membership and their friends on events the G.O.A. has ongoing or is associated with.  In order to dispel this confusion, we have stated our position below.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING EVENT SPONSORSHIP

The G.O.A. may from time to time enter into discussions to co-sponsor an event within the Goan and Associated Communities, however the final decision is based on:

· the best interests of its membership;

· whether the event conflicts directly with an event that the G.O.A. is providing for its membership and friends;

· financial and other resources and agreement thereto.

All Goan Overseas Association, Toronto, event flyers bear the G.O.A. logo, and any event flyer that does NOT bear the authorised G.O.A. Logo is NOT a G.O.A. event, and does not have the approval of, or sponsorship of the G.O.A
