Dear Antonio,

The World Alliance of Goan Overseas Associations invites you to lead the proposed formation of the Alliance of Goan Overseas Village Associations of Canada.  We understand that you had given a great part of your life to serve the Goan Community ( Kampala Institute)  in Kampala,Uganda, The G.O.A. Toronto, Canada  (Recipient of Volunteer Service Awards for 10 and 15 years from  the Ontario Government, Canada) and also the Calangute Village Goan Association of Canada on more than  three occasions(President for 6 years).

Almost all the Indian Overseas Associations  have a representative that speaks for them in India and abroad too.

We believe that the Overseas Goans need a VOICE too, a VOICE that will speak on behalf of the Overseas Goans in the places we have made our home and also in our home land - GOA.

We look forward to your support and( the Goan Village Association of Canada - once it is formed )in working TOGETHER for a better Goan Community wherever we may be.

The Secretary of the World Alliance of Goan Overseas Associations is Tony Colaco, who is also the V.President of the G.O.A. NSW, Sydney , Australia. and the Chairman is Mr. Oscar Furtado, who is also the President, of the G.O.A. Toronto.
