Update: Frankenmuth Shopping Tour

A group of Goa Retirees and Friends boarded a luxury bus to Frankenmuth in Michigan November 16th for three days, packed with fun, entertainment, pretzel rolling, sight-seeing, shopping and time at the Casino.  Tour Organizer Hilda Vitor and her able assistant Mark, left no detail un-turned.  Passengers were wined, dined and pampered from the pick-up  to the drop-off points.  We were fortunate to have on board the bus Royalty (inside joke!), a guitar strumming musician, a multi-lingual singer and many other talented artists.

Some of the high-lights were the trip to “Bronners”, the Worlds largest Christmas Store where one could purchase Christmas decorations in any shape or form.  The sight-seeing tour in the town, followed by a shopping spree to the out-let malls, made for more excitement. The dinner at Drury Inn and then either a trip to the Casino or board games for non-gamblers at the Inn, were a few of the items on the three-day itinerary. Below are a random selection of the many comments received  from the passengers:

"Just wanted to say a personal thanks for organizing such a wonderful trip.  It was full of fun and entertaining and you both fed us well."

"Just wanted to thank you for a job well done.  We all thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Frankkenmuth and are already looking forward to the next one, whenever that will be.   You did a great job and nothing was amis.  Thank you once again and to let you know that we appreciated all your efforts."

"Thanks for all your help and assistance at each step of the way, a GREAT Job!"
