Our client currently seeks a Client Service Representative to support the Account Executive in their West GTA office.
Responsibilities:
o   Prepare agendas for client meetings for distribution in a timely manner o   Determine agenda content; provide draft agenda to Account Executive o   Liaise with other departments in order to receive materials by deadline o   Provide approved agenda to support team for binding and distribution o   Prepare written correspondence based on agenda content o   Ensure all meeting activities are completed on schedule o   Attend client meetings and ensure minutes of meetings are prepared and distributed o   within established turnaround time standards o   Take minutes; draft minutes of meeting for review and sign off o   Prepare follow up activity from client meetings and deliver within one week of meeting o   Liaise with departments and individuals who have deliverables as due date approaches o   Handle client enquiries within established departmental standards o   Other duties and projects as required by Account Executive
Requirements:
o   University or College Diploma in a related field o   3-5 years progressive experience in a group benefits environment o   Works well in a team environment o   Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service o   Experience writing reports and minutes o   Excellent oral and written communication skills o   Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage o   multiple projects and stay within established deadlines o   Excellent problem solving skills o   Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point is required o   Demonstrated flair for detail, highly motivated with a strong work ethic o   Working knowledge of government legislation an asset
