Operations Administration Manager, Mississauga

We require a Manager to oversee the administrative team responsible for integrating new customers into our billing systems, producing invoices, organizing installations and assigning technicians.

You will be responsible for managing a customer centric team of administrators.

You bring at least seven years of consistently progressive experience managing teams of administrative personnel in data-entry, accounting or logistics roles working on multiple projects with firm deadlines. You are process oriented, decisive and have the capacity to provide viable solutions to problems as they occur. In addition to your related post secondary education, you have solid experience working with the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel, Word and Power Point.
