ShareLife/Development Office

Full-time

Reporting to the Executive Director, ShareLife and Development, the Co-ordinator will oversee the Administration of the Mission Co-Operative Program, including liaison with parishes, Mission Dioceses and Religious Orders. The incumbent will be responsible for the administrative and logistical functions of major events in the ShareLife and Development Office.

Main responsibilities of the Position:

· Administration of the Mission Co-operative program, including liaison with all stakeholders

· Under the direction of Regional Bishop, assign speakers to parishes and provide timely communications and other logistical matters for the success of the program.

· Co-ordinate and oversee the ShareLife Corporate Golf Tournament: solicitation of sponsors, administration and all related activities

· Cardinal’s Dinner: liaison with chair, database maintenance and all related correspondence, including tax receipts and stewardship pieces.

· ShareLife Campaign: co-ordination of all related events, including Mass of Thanksgiving, donor recognition and stewardship activities, information sessions and presentations.

· Development Office: Co-ordination of all related event activities such as Advisor Event, Legacy Society Events and information sessions.

· Other duties as required

General requirements:

· College Diploma in related field or equivalent

· One to two years experience in event management/execution

· Superior written, verbal and presentation skills

· Excellent organization skills: ability to multitask successfully is a must

· Ability to work independently or in a team environment

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
