Patrick spent most of his childhood in Etobicoke where he attended Michael Power High School. He then graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
For the past 16 years, Patrick has resided in Mississauga with his wife, twin sons, and daughter. He joined the Public Service in 1990 and has held a progression of positions in Program Administration and also as a member of the Management Group.
Patrick enjoys many outdoor activities. He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing a good game of cricket. He also enjoys music and reading. Patrick brings a refreshing combination of dedication, enthusiasm and passion to all that he undertakes.
Dale D'Souza
My name is Dale D’Souza and I moved to Mississauga in 1987 after living in the Montreal area. I live in Ward 10 with my three daughters and our dog Buddy. I have served as an executive of the Lisgar Residents' Association for 6 years and as President in 2002. I have also been involved within the local community in many other ways including as Chair of the Parent Advisory Council, fundraising for the Meadowvale Dam Youth Drop-in, and as an executive member of the steering committee for the Erin Meadows Community Centre.
