Please complete the form in its entirety as we need to update our records for mailing purposes as well as event planning.
Below are a few points regarding membership.
• Membership is effective for the calendar year. • The defaulters list is compiled as of March 1 of the current year. • The GOA Pulse is only sent out to current members. • The most recent Pulse is sent out to new members as acknowledgement of membership. • Membership numbers are printed on The Pulse address labels.
