Held at picturesque Professor’s Lake Recreation Centre, the afternoon was filled with fun and games.  This event was organized by Bonita Lobo and assisted by her husband Joe who also donated spectacular prizes for some lucky whist winners.  There were some skeptics who had not played the game prior to the day, but who left wanting more.  A hearty lunch and beverages started the day off, followed by an afternoon tea and desert.

Bingo ended the day with more prizes.  A very well attended function with lots of new faces who are looking forward to future events.

Maureen  and Eugene Pereira, Delphine and Errol Francis and Greta were there assisting wherever possible.

It was a great event with a warming effect on a cold, wintery Sunday afternoon.
