Mr. Ken Pereira,

The Goan Overseas Association - Toronto, would like to CONGRATULATE you on this very special, outstanding achievement in the World of Field Hockey. Playing in your 300^th game for Canada is an outstanding accomplishment especially since only one other person in Canadian history has reached this target. It is hard to believe that in 2010, two of you may be reaching this triumph at the same time!

At this time, we would also like to acknowledge your contribution to the GOA REDS field hockey team. Your start on the team at age 15 is a clear indication of your interest and love of the sport. Thank you for your dedication to the GOA REDS, you certainly contributed to the many victories! We are certain that your parents Hubert and Audrey Pereira played a big part in getting you to where you are today and we congratulate them for their commitment to you.

Your current role as captain of the National Team is a sign of your leadership and we are certain that you have been a great role model to younger players.

Congratulations on your successes and we wish you the very best in your continued association with Field Hockey!
