From the office of the Commissioner for NRI Affairs: The Fourth Global Goans Convention is being held in Goa on January 3-4 next year. Mr. Eduardo Faleiro, former Union Minister has taken over as the Commissioner and he would like the Convention to provide a platform for interaction between our NRGs and PGOs and the Governor, Chief Minister and Ministers of this state as well as some of our Ambassadors abroad and Ambassadors of foreign countries accredited to India. The Convention will also be an opportunity for Goans settled abroad to rejuvenate their ties with this land and its culture. We are aware that the Goan Community is spread abroad and we would be much obliged if you would forward this message to the Goan overseas associations and bodies, internet groups and Goa related websites.
