I am pleased to make this announcement and invite you to the 1st Goan Festival to be held on April 30, 2005. This whole day free event will feature Konkani Mass, Konkani Tiatr "Prachit" written by Prince Jacob of Goa, and other cultural programs.
 
The event will be held in Suburban Washington DC (Damascus, Maryland)
