Clare D'Silva Fernandes passed away on August 28, 2011.  Her final hours were spent surrounded by her immediate family at Brampton Civic Hospital.  Born in Nairobi, Kenya in 1937, she was the daughter of the late Alex Antonio D'Silva and the late Luiza Piedade Rodrigues.

Clare is survived by her three children and five grandchildren.  Her daughter, Lydia Fernandes, would like to connect with any family her mother had both locally and abroad.
