Godwin Martryes passed away peacefully at the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at age 83. Loving husband of Maria of 22 years. Beloved father of Celia De Souza, Gayle and Rick Forgeard, the late Godfrey Martyres, Giselle McCulloch, Caroline Athaide (Lenny) and Jude Fernandes. Brother of Ruby Saldanha (Anton), Jane Pereira (Jose) and the late Richard Martyres.

Visitation on Thursday Dec 30th at The Turnner and Porter Funeral Home,

2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga

From 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm

Funeral Mass on Friday Dec 31st at 10.30 am at St Francis Xavier Church,

5650 Mavis Road, Mississauga,

Followed by the Interment at the Assumption Cemetery, Tomken and Derry Road, Mississauga.
