JOE FURTADO - ex - Uganda - Canada, passed away on January 2nd, 2011, at St Michael's Hospital (Toronto, Canada) after a long and courageous fight. He was surrounded by his family/close friends and expired peacefully. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Alvita, children Yvonne, Oscar, Jude (Debbie) and Seira. He will be forever treasured by his grandchildren, Patrick, Jessica, Chloe, Joshua and Jason and missed by his sisters, the late Julie (late Rudy), late Filu (late Eulogio), Bella (late Jose), Lucy (Victor), Olga (late Raymond) and will be fondly remembered by his extended family, brother in-laws Walter (Aura), Clifford (Judith),all his loving nieces and nephews.
