Jan. 20, 2010:

Louis DaCosta, formerly from Nairobi and later Kampala, Uganda, passed away peacefully in his sleep early this morning.  He will be missed by his  beloved wife Elma(nee George), son Jude, daughter-in-law Angie,  daughter Michelle, son-in-law Alvin Coutinho and grand-children Jade, Dylan and Chloe.  He will also be missed by  his neices,  nephews and in-laws in Canada and abroad.  Louis is the  dear brother of the late Tony DaCosta (wife Philomena , England).

Funeral details for Louis DaCosta are as follows:

There will be no viewing.

The funeral mass will be held this Saturday, 23rd January, at The Nativity of our Lord, 480 Rathburn Road, Etobicoke at 12:00pm.
At the family’s request a donation may be directed to help those in Haiti in lieu of flowers. Reception to follow mass.
